ListPop ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at listpop.ai(the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Account information. When you sign in with Google or another provider, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your identity provider.
Content you create. Lists, list items (including place names, addresses, coordinates, gift URLs, prices, and images), comments, and saved lists.
Automatically collected data. We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to operate and secure the Service. We do not currently use third-party analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the Service
- To authenticate your identity and manage your account
- To send transactional emails (e.g., list invitations)
- To enforce our Terms of Service and protect against misuse
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Clerk — authentication and user management
- Google Maps Platform — place search, maps, and location data
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Neon — database hosting
Each service processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
4. Data Sharing
Lists you mark as public may be viewed by anyone with the link. Your display name and avatar are visible to other users on lists you own or collaborate on. We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at info@listpop.ai. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly remove it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
